The SFO seeks an ICT operations specialist to join our Commercial Bay, Auckland CBD team as ICT Business Partner. This is a salaried permanent employment status position with full-time hours and a non-standard hours’ availability component.
In the role of ICT Business Partner, you will report to our Business Services Manager. This is a sole-charge role and you will lead, manage, and deliver ICT operations cross the SFO. Your remit is to propose ICT strategy and propose and plan the ICT work programme; manage IT security and network infrastructure; manage and deliver ICT projects; deliver ITC services; and manage ICT procurement, vendor management, and contract management. You will also lead, manage, and support ICT people resources as and when they engaged by the SFO, including service providers and contractors.
To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated achievement in broad ICT roles that include providing input to strategy and work programmes, and hands-on responsibility for network infrastructure and security, hardware, software and applications, and user support. You are valued for being highly customer centric, engaging, and professional. You are highly collaborative and have an ability to quickly understand facts and complexities to form robust advice and inform actions. You are known for your thoroughness, dependability, and sound judgement, and retain these attributes when working within time constraints.
