Performance Improvement Framework Review

In December 2013, the Director Julie Read asked the State Services Commission to undertake a Performance Improvement Framework (PIF) Review of the Serious Fraud Office. This is a tool used to help Chief Executives of government agencies to position their agencies to provide the best value they can in light of the future challenges they face.

PIF reviews were introduced by the State Services Commissioner in order to encourage transparency in the work of government agencies and to contribute to the goal of Better Public Services. Each agency is responsible for the implementation of the review recommendations and responding to expectations of the Minister and stakeholders.

The process is now complete and a report is available to view on the State Services Commission website by following this link.
