The SFO measures its Gender Pay Gap using the agency-wide median calculation. As a small agency, minor shifts in staffing such as new recruits or resignations can create fluctuations in the gender pay gap. We are committed to continuing to understand the drivers and eliminate any pay gaps that arise as a result of gender or ethnicity.
