We run a candidate centred, fair and transparent recruitment process. Our roles are advertised on this site and may also appear on job boards.

Please email your CV and cover letter to recruitment@sfo.govt.nz. You are also welcome to email any questions to us before you apply, or throughout the recruitment process. 

Receipt of your application will be acknowledged within a couple of days. If you are unsuccessful, we will let you know as quickly as possible . If your application is of interest to us, we will contact you to talk you through the next steps. If we progress your application, the process includes completing a work sample exercise, attending an interview either in person or via MS Teams, completing psychometric assessments and attending a second interview. If you are our preferred candidate, we will make you a provisional offer of employment, subject to references and background checks to our satisfaction.
