Tools

Use these free online tools to support your organisation to strengthen its fraud and corruption countermeasures.

To build an effective counter fraud culture in your organisation, it is vital that programmes and services are regularly assessed for fraud risks and vulnerabilities.

These tools provide a starting point to assess the current counter fraud capability of your organisation. They are designed to help organisations consider fraud scenarios and undertake further analysis. Results from these assessments can be used to identify weaknesses, improve countermeasures, raise awareness of what fraud and corruption look like, and ensure people know what to do if they suspect or witness fraud.

Note these tools do not cover all potential risks and the results are provided as guidance only. The assessments should not substitute a formal fraud risk audit. Organisations can conduct a more thorough assessment using our fraud risk assessment template.

Fraud risk self-assessment scan

The fraud risk self-assessment scan gives organisations an informal fraud risk exposure score to indicate the potential risk they might face.

Fraud perceptions survey

The fraud perceptions survey evaluates employees’ opinions of their organisation’s exposure to fraud and its management of fraud risk.
