The former Chief Executive of CBL Insurance Ltd, Peter Harris, and the firm's former Chief Financial Officer, Carden Mulholland, have been charged by the Serious Fraud Office. A stay of proceedings has been granted in a separate trial against former Director Alistair Hutchison following his passing.
