The SFO announces it has filed charges against a former Auckland District Health Board employee including corruptly accepting or obtaining a bribe, obtaining by deception, corrupt use of official information and acceptance of a gift by an agent. A second defendant is charged with corruption and bribery of an official. Both defendants appear in Auckland District Court on 22 March and enter not guilty pleas.
